If you’re looking for a career in game development, Trinity Western University offers a four-year Bachelor of Arts in their Game Development program where students have the opportunity to create three full video games.
Four Streams, One Team
You work with a team of students, each specializing in one of four streams: Game Design, Game Art, Music & Sound Design, and Software Development. This structure mirrors how real game studios operate — designers, artists, audio engineers, and programmers collaborating to ship a finished product.
By graduation, students haven’t just studied game dev theory — they’ve shipped three complete games as part of a team, building a portfolio that speaks for itself.
Mentored in Faith and Craft
Located in Langley, British Columbia, Trinity Western emphasizes more than technical skill. Students are mentored every step of the way in their faith and skills by Christian, industry-experienced instructors who challenge them to push their limits while working collaboratively.

Trinity Western University’s vision is to change and bless the world by helping students develop important skills and think about how their work making video games can serve God’s kingdom. It’s a program that takes both the craft and the calling seriously.
